All offers by Tinian Dynasty Hotel & Casino (referred herein as “Dynasty”) are subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below.
GENERAL ROOM POLICY
All room types are subject to availability at time of check-in. A major credit card is required at check-in for a $150 deposit for incidentals. Other fees, such as service charge, taxes and other minor charges may apply at check-out. Standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12am. Cancellations made after 3pm Tinian local time, 1 day prior to expected arrival, may be subject to 1 day of room charge. All registered guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government issued identification.
All offers presented are exclusive for the guest booking the reservations and are non-transferable. Certain restrictions may apply and management reserves all rights regarding each reservation. All management decisions are final.
Guest Room Etiquette
We respectfully ask our guests to be considerate of our other guests during the stay here. In the unfortunate event that our Security Department receives repeated noise complaints, a 1st time warning will be issued, and on the 2nd such occasion, you and your guests may be escorted out of the hotel. Under such circumstances, you will remain responsible for the full cost of the room and any incurred expenses up to that time.
Dynasty has permission to charge the guest’s credit card for services, including permission to charge for any losses incurred as a result of damage to the room, including but not limited to smoke odor removal, deep cleaning, replacement of furniture and/or fixtures and room revenue loss, caused by guests or anyone occupying or using a guestroom registered to guest. In the event that Dynasty is required to initiate legal proceedings to collect its damages, the registered guest agrees that they will also be responsible to pay legal fees incurred by Dynasty, provided that Dynasty prevails in the legal proceedings. The guest understands that should Dynasty be liable for loss, damage or theft, such liability shall be limited to the applicable laws and ordinances in the Northern Mariana Islands.
USE LIMITATIONS; NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
Further, you agree that you will not use the Website content or services in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the content or services, and that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. In addition, you agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy any web pages or the content contained herein, without the prior express consent from an authorized Dynasty representative (such consent is deemed given for standard search engine technology employed by Internet search web sites to direct Internet users to this site).
You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through Dynasty or this Website. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, computer system or network associated with the Website is a violation of the law and any such activities will be referred to the appropriate legal authorities.
Using the Website, you agree, unless otherwise agreed by Dynasty in writing, that you will make only legitimate reservations for rooms or meals in good faith for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
Dynasty hereby grants to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right and license solely to:
• display and reproduce unaltered Materials comprising the Website to visitors seeking information regarding Dynasty and its business, personal and non-commercial use;
• display, reproduce and distribute unaltered Materials or portions thereof, comprising the Website, to prospective customers of Dynasty, personal and non-commercial use, so as to the limited extent reasonably necessary to facilitate a decision of whether or not to transact business with Dynasty; and
• if you are a news reporting organization, display, reproduce, modify and distribute limited portions of Materials comprising the Website, as reasonably necessary for legitimate news reporting and commentary activities.

Dynasty reserves the right, without prior notice, to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to the Website, and to the programs, clubs, services or events described on the Website, at any time without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.

LIMITATION OF DYNASTY’S LIABILITY TO YOU –- YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED TO YOU AS A COURTESY AND THAT YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO USE IT. IN THE EVENT THAT THE LIMITATIONS IN THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPH ARE DETERMINED TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, THEN IN NO EVENT SHALL DYNASTY’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES YOU INCUR DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY AS THE RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00), REGARDLESS OF THE BASIS OF YOUR CLAIM FOR DAMAGES, BE IT BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
